Assess risks
Safety FMEA following EN ISO 12100 principles: hazards, causes, severity, frequency, detection, criticality and risk-reduction measures.

Safety engineered from the initial risk assessment through to the machine-specific declaration of conformity.
Read our commitmentFORGIA Industrie undertakes to design and build every new machine supplied under its responsibility in accordance with the European requirements applicable when it is placed on the market or put into service.
For machinery placed on the European market before 20 January 2027, the applicable framework is Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Machinery placed on the market from that date is covered by Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.
Safety FMEA following EN ISO 12100 principles: hazards, causes, severity, frequency, detection, criticality and risk-reduction measures.
Integration of guards, interlocks, safety-related control functions, emergency stops, sensors, operator interfaces and electrical requirements.
Compilation of the complete file: operating and maintenance manuals, technical report, calculation notes, material certificates, load-test reports, definition file and drawings.
MACHINERY CONFORMITY

Issue of the machine-specific declaration with model, type, serial number, date, CE marking and the authorised Managing Director’s signature.
The exact standards and versions are selected according to the machine, its intended use and the risk assessment. Commonly applied references include:
This is the actual controlled PDF — not a web mock-up. Its dense industrial layout follows the conventions used by leading machinery manufacturers: precise references, technical tables, traceability, handwritten signature and company stamp.
Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 becomes mandatory and replaces Directive 2006/42/EC. FORGIA incorporates this transition into projects concerned by that placing-on-the-market date.
Compliance from the outset
Share the intended use, operating environment and technical constraints. FORGIA will incorporate safety and regulatory requirements into the project scope.
